Yangju restaurant for warm charcoal dakgalbi: Seorak Makguksu
Seorak Makguksu Chuncheon Dakgalbi Yangju Branch is a Korean restaurant in Yangju, Gyeonggi, serving charcoal-grilled dakgalbi and makguksu. I tried two portions of dakgalbi, water makguksu, and spicy mixed makguksu, with staff grilling the meat and a clever grill setup keeping it warm. Verdict: the juicy chicken and nutty pine-nut broth noodles were an especially satisfying pairing.
