On a Friday evening with family, this writer ordered the spicy shabu-samgyeop set from the tablet, pairing 14-day aged pork belly with boiled melt (anchovy) sauce, grilled white kimchi, and hot shabu-shabu broth. With a kids' video room, a private group room, and an ice cream machine, it worked equally well for a family outing and a work dinner.
