Tansaeng Sangnam Branch is a charcoal-grilled fish bar in Sangnam-dong, Changwon, Gyeongnam. I watched whole flower sea bream cook over charcoal and with a torch, then paired it with five toppings and draft Hanmac. Verdict: the crisp skin and moist flesh were especially satisfying.
