Changwon market BBQ with cheese bomb fried rice for two: Hanpanjip
Hanpanjip Changwon Gaeum Branch (한판집 창원가음점) is a Korean BBQ restaurant inside Gaeumjeong Market in Seongsan-gu, Changwon, where the kitchen grills all the meat and brings it to your table. Two people paid 49,900 won in total for a small 600g platter (pork belly, pork neck and pork skin), spicy chili seafood ramyeon (Korean instant-style noodles) and cheese bomb kimchi fried rice. The meat was tender with no gamey smell, the ramyeon came with crab and mussels, and the fried rice had stretchy cheese. Hanpanjip filled up soon after a 5:30 pm arrival, so a Naver reservation is the safer bet.
