Masan tripe hotpot with pork galbi set: Yeongju Gopchang Jeongol
Yeongju Gopchang Jeongol Masan Daetgeori Main Branch is a beef tripe hotpot restaurant in the Masan Daetgeori area of Changwon, in front of Gyeongnam University, and it uses 100% hanwoo (Korean beef) tripe. Three of us ordered the medium couple set, simmering the hanwoo tripe hotpot on a stone plate with blood sausage and potato hand-torn dumplings, then moving on to sweetly marinated pork galbi and a final round of fried rice. Alternating the spicy hotpot with the sweet ribs made Yeongju Gopchang Jeongol a solid choice for a family dinner or a group get-together.
