Changwon Korean restaurant revisited for spicy tofu hot pot: Anyeosane
Anyeosane Jecheol Hansang (안여사네 제철한상) Sangnam main branch is a Korean restaurant in Sangnam-dong, Changwon, where gondre thistle rice and a clam soft tofu hot pot come together as one set table. On a return visit after a satisfying meal in May, the writer ordered the same set with the spicy hot pot and added jeyuk (spicy stir-fried pork), and noticed small changes in the lineup such as fried eggplant. The spicy soft tofu hot pot is the hearty dish that keeps bringing people back to Anyeosane Jecheol Hansang.
