Bupyeong Yang Gopchang is a grilled beef offal restaurant in Jung-gu, Busan. We shared a 700g large salt-grilled platter with daechang, tripe, and heart, plus Cheongha, steamed egg, and cold noodles. Verdict: the clean-tasting, odor-free salt grill was a great pick for drinks with friends.
