Bupyeong Yang Gopchang is a grilled beef tripe restaurant near Jagalchi Station in Jung-gu, Busan. For our first meal of the trip, we ordered the medium stone-plate seasoned tripe, added bunmoja, and finished with fried rice. Verdict: a great Busan stop for sweet-spicy tripe and an outdoor-table vibe on a nice day.
