Song Giwon Jinju Naengmyeon Main Branch is a naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodle) restaurant on Modeok-ro in Jinju, Gyeongnam. Visiting on a weekday at 12:30 with her husband, the writer found the place fully booked and got seated at the round communal table in the middle, ordering the mul-naengmyeon Sunjo 1800 and bibim-naengmyeon Nongae 1593 with a side of yukjeon (pan-fried beef). After refilling the warm broth herself, she declared she'd become a mul-naengmyeon convert.
