Seomyeon Milmyeon is a milmyeon (cold wheat noodle) restaurant on the main road in the Eos Plaza building by Exit 8 of Seomyeon Station in Busanjin, Busan. On a weekday afternoon between wedding photo shoots, the writer ordered water milmyeon with extra noodles, bibim milmyeon and dumplings, and Seomyeon Milmyeon left out every slice of cucumber after being told in advance. With its rich warm broth, chewy noodles and 30 minutes of free parking, Seomyeon Milmyeon is an easy stop for a bowl of milmyeon in Seomyeon.
