Songjeong, Busan restaurant for sharing fish cutlet: Deli Donkatsu
Deli Donkatsu is an old-school Western-style pork cutlet restaurant in Songjeong, Haeundae-gu, Busan. Three of us — my child, my mother and I — had lunch there and shared a cheese cutlet, a gyeongyangsik (old-school Western-style) pork cutlet and a fish cutlet, with soup, morning bread and jam that bring back the classic Korean cutlet-shop mood.
