Changwon Korean barbecue with staff-grilled pork: Anmin Jinhae
Anmin Jinhae is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Jinhae-gu, Changwon, Gyeongnam. Four of us reserved a table for the whole-pig set, pork jowl, and skirt meat, all grilled by staff and moved to a small brazier. Verdict: a filling, wonderfully satisfying return visit.
