Autumn olive one-color nails before a trip at Naeil Didi, Apgujeong

Today I visited Naeil Didi, known for its great lasting power, to change up my nails before a trip after a long while.

There's an elevator, and the place is split between the 5th and 6th floors! I got my nails done at the Naeil Didi Suite on the 5th floor. They text you in the morning to tell you where to go!!

Syrup gel and magnetic gel colors, and the salon vibe

Naeil Didi has tons of the syrup nails and magnetic nails I love, and the interior was so clean✨ I was surprised they had every color I wanted!! Usually places have something similar but not exactly the color I've researched, but Naeil Didi had all the famous colors.

Lots of wedding nail and extension designs too

A lot of people come in for wedding nails and extensions, so there were plenty of wedding nail designs like this too✨🤍 The person next to me got extensions and I really wanted to as well.. but I held back because of my job ㅠ She said they only use genuine Swarovski crystals, and no wonder — the technician's own nails were so sparkly and pretty!!!

Color consultation and the treatment process

Before the treatment, she gave me a thorough color consultation so I could pick a shade that suited my skin tone, and everything from cuticle care to the overall process went smoothly. Because my nails are weak, she also used a base nutrient treatment for me👍🏻🩷 She did color tests for every shade I wanted too..><

The technician was so kind and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. When it was all done, she wiped down my whole hand with a warm towel — wow, that was really thoughtful, because after a nail treatment there's always powder residue left on your hands and you want to wash up, and she took care of all of it!!! Her hands were so fast, which I loved so much haha. When I sit still my body always starts to fidget, but it finished so quickly there was no time to get bored😆

The result: autumn olive one-color

This time I got a color that really captures the feeling of autumn — olive — and it came out looking so much more sophisticated and calm than I'd expected!! It's a not-too-bold olive tone that seems like it'd go well with any outfit haha.

Can you see how evenly the color went on!!👀 A friend had already been here so I knew the lasting power was good, but they even did a plump overlay for me🩷

I also saw some pink shades on Naeil Didi's Instagram, so next time I'm definitely getting those with genuine Swarovski crystals💅 If you're considering autumn nails, I really recommend olive too. It's understated but still feels seasonal, and it's easy enough to wear every day, so I was really satisfied. If you're looking for a nail salon in Apgujeong Rodeo, I think it's worth a visit. This set of nails made me happy every single time I looked at them. 🍂💚
