Mentsuru City Hall Branch is a Japanese ramen restaurant a 3-minute walk from City Hall Station Exit 10 in Jung-gu, Seoul, where the first floor and the basement sell different menus. This visit was on the first floor: motsu ramen (beef intestine ramen) at 15,000 won and hormone-don (grilled beef intestine rice bowl) at 15,000 won, topped with intestines and brisket, mixed with a broken egg yolk and served with Cheongyang chili on request. With bar seats and no break time, Mentsuru City Hall Branch works well for solo diners and off-peak meals.
