Jumbo shrimp cheese katsu at Katsu Shokudou, a Suyu katsu restaurant
Katsu Shokudou Suyu is a Japanese katsu (breaded cutlet) restaurant on the 1st floor of Episode Suyu838, three minutes from Suyu Station in Gangbuk, Seoul. The jumbo shrimp cheese katsu costs 16,000 won as a single dish, eaten by dipping alternately in Himalayan pink salt and yuzu wasabi: the cheese katsu melts, and the jumbo shrimp is bigger than a hand and springy. With solo bar seats as well as tables, Katsu Shokudou Suyu works just as well for eating alone near Suyu Station.
