The weather's been so nice lately that I've been going for walks near Children's Grand Park a lot, and I found a café nearby I really want to recommend!
Where is Wonz Coffee near Children's Grand Park, and how late is it open?
Wonz Coffee is a café a 5-minute walk from the Children's Grand Park Guui Gate. Weekday and weekend hours differ.

Who makes the coffee at Wonz Coffee?
Reading the quality certificate hanging at the entrance of Wonz Coffee, it says they use coffee personally selected and roasted by a national team barista. It caught my eye even before I walked in. A café that's even nailed the equipment game — how could the coffee not be good!!
The owner apparently started at 17 and has 15 years of experience, meaning they've spent nearly half their life as a barista....!
What coffee to order at Wonz Coffee
I'd seen posts recommending the national team special americano and café latte at Wonz Coffee, and yeah, this is definitely a place where you should drink the coffee. If you like sweet coffee, I recommend adding vanilla bean syrup! (Apparently Wonz Coffee even makes their own syrups!)
If you love specialty coffee, you can also choose your own beans at Wonz Coffee! They've written detailed descriptions for each bean, which makes picking one really easy.
Does Wonz Coffee charge extra for decaf or soy milk?
At Wonz Coffee, both the decaf swap and the soy milk swap are free. I ordered a cold brew latte, and this was honestly the most shocking part.

Is there even another café where both of these options are free...?!! Compared to other cafés, it felt like such a steal being able to enjoy a latte like this!! I'd been worried about visiting at night, but being able to get decaf for free was such a relief haha
The baked goods at Wonz Coffee looked so good that I ended up ordering a chocolate chip scone and a croffle too. The baked goods are pretty big too!

When I visited, Wonz Coffee was running a review event, a prepayment event, and a coupon event for first-time KakaoTalk friend adds. I took photos of the various events and gift set posters — even though it's not a franchise, they seem to run franchise-level events haha. Also, Wonz Coffee's Dutch coffee can be bought as a gift set! Dutch coffee as a gift feels so nice 🎁 They said shipping is available too, so if you're coming to Children's Grand Park from far away, ordering the coffee by delivery could also be a good option!!
Is Wonz Coffee a comfortable café to sit and stay in?
The Wonz Coffee store is bigger than I expected, so it's also good for eating in. I especially liked that the tables are big!
They've also got board games available haha. There was Da Vinci Code lol. The one below looked like a different board game, but I didn't get a good look!
At the Wonz Coffee store, you can watch them make Dutch coffee right in front of you. They were also running a 3+1 event, so I'm planning to come back soon and buy some Dutch coffee myself. I want to stock up at work and have a cup every morning 😆
So many awards, certifications, and even a national team selection! At this point, there's no way the coffee isn't delicious!
How were the cold brew latte, chocolate chip scone and croffle?
Finally, the drinks and desserts I ordered came out. The croffle at Wonz Coffee is made to order, so it took a bit of time!
Between the latte and tea, the latte was definitely the tastier choice. I really recommend trying the coffee at Wonz Coffee.
Between the chocolate chip scone and croffle, the scone wins! They warmed up the scone, and it was truly sweet and delicious!! The croffle was tasty too, but the scone was on another level. I want to try the raspberry scone too!!!!
If you're looking for a café near Children's Grand Park, you really have to try Wonz Coffee!! I highly recommend grabbing coffee and scones for a picnic 👍
