Bakery café near Gyeongbokgung Palace with americano refills: Respire
Respire Bakery Cafe Seochon is a brunch bakery café in Jongno, Seoul, about 13 minutes on foot from Gyeongbokgung Station, with second-floor seats looking out over tiled roofs. Arriving between 1 and 2pm, the writer ordered an omelette sandwich for 8,500 won, a basil jambon sandwich for 10,500 won and an americano for 5,500 won that came with a free refill. Much of the bread was already sold out by that hour, so come before lunch if you want the full bakery selection at Respire.
