Korean set meal with mushroom tangsu in Gyeongsan: Haenyeo Sotbap
Haenyeo Sotbap Gyeongsan is a Korean set-meal restaurant on Baekcheon-gil in Gyeongsan, Gyeongbuk, serving a 13-side-dish spread, with a private-room annex and two dedicated parking lots for family gatherings. On a dinner visit with a baby, the writer ordered the Jeju green tea eel pot rice (sotbap) and the abalone-packed seafood stew in an earthenware pot, sampled mushroom tangsu (sweet-and-sour fried mushrooms) and grilled Spanish mackerel, and finished with coffee. With satisfying food, atmosphere and staff service, Haenyeo Sotbap Gyeongsan works well even for an in-law meeting or a first birthday party.
