Daegu tuna sashimi restaurant with swordfish belly refill: Hangil Tuna
Hangil Tuna Janggidong Food Alley Branch is a tuna sashimi restaurant tucked inside the Janggi-dong food alley in Dalseo, Daegu. Over dinner with my mom I ordered the Manager Special course at 58,000 won per person, which ran from abalone porridge, clam soup, grilled sablefish and braised tuna to the tuna sashimi itself, with a refill of pale swordfish belly. Even as a first-timer with tuna sashimi, dipping it in sesame oil sauce or soy sauce worked well, and the closing udon made the course genuinely filling.
