I love resort-style trips, so I had been looking for a rattan bag that would be easy to carry around. I looked at the Meda Bag rattan shoulder bag on Naver Shopping, and the price did not feel burdensome. Price and construction were the things I paid the closest attention to when choosing.

How did the bag arrive packaged?
There was an unexpected little doll gift in the package, too. It happened to be my birthday week, so it was even more welcome.

It came in a dust bag sized to fit the bag, with plastic wrapping added on top. Being double-packaged made it feel like it had been carefully looked after.

What is good about the lined handles?
With rattan bags, I had worried about the rough surface touching bare skin or clothes. This Meda Bag has lining on the handles, and I really liked that detail. Beyond the price, I was happy with these thoughtful construction details too.

Does it have a zipper and inner pocket?
One reason I had hesitated over buying a rattan bag was that I thought my things might spill out if it tipped over. I liked that this bag can be closed with a zipper at the opening.

The inside of the bag is lined too, and it has a separate pocket. I turned it inside out to take a closer look at the interior construction.

How were the brown color and finishing?
I attached the Hawaiian-tanned Pochacco keychain I already had to the bag. It went so well with it that I plan to carry it like this in summer too. The rattan strands were woven evenly, which also gave it a reassuringly neat look.

It came in two colors, light beige and brown. I usually like light colors, so I considered beige, but I chose brown on a friend's recommendation and ended up liking it.

There was stitching on the bottom of the bag as well. When I folded the base and wore it, it naturally took shape. I was so satisfied with the packaging and detailed construction that I also bought another bag from the same seller with my own money.
