Monday-night gopchang wait, 3 orders of only gopchang: Jinseong Hanwoo

Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang Garak Flagship is a beef gopchang (grilled beef intestines) restaurant in Songpa, Seoul, near Garak Market Station. A 13-year local resident visited on a Monday evening, waited despite it being a weeknight, ordered 3 servings of gopchang only (no daechang) plus 1 serving of kkakdugi fried rice for dessert, and found the gopchang — timed and cut by staff at the table — free of any funky smell and wonderfully chewy. At ₩19,000 per serving, the grilled green onion kimchi and 'mijeolma' garlic sauce combo made the meal even more satisfying.
