Cheongju Korean BBQ with butcher labels: Baeksan Hwarro
Baeksan Hwarro Techno Polis Songjeol Branch is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Songjeol-dong, Cheongju, Chungbuk. I enjoyed aged pork belly and pork neck with clearly labeled weights and prices, kimchi cheonggukjang, and a mulberry highball. Verdict: we planned for three servings but happily ordered five.
