Yangnim-dong dessert café in Gwangju with sold-out menus: Hoyang Horim
Hoyang Horim is a hanok dessert café in Yangnim-dong, Nam-gu, Gwangju. The writer visited past weekday lunchtime with her mother and her child and found many desserts sold out, but still shared the mugwort injeolmi waffle and gotgamsando (dried persimmon sandwich cookie) with a decaf americano and a vanilla coffee. With jegichagi and outdoor tables in the courtyard and floor seating indoors, Hoyang Horim suited three generations sitting together.
