Cheonan date BBQ at 5 p.m., no wait, cabbage wraps: Cham Dwaejitgan

Cham Dwaejitgan Cheonan Dujeong Branch is a Korean BBQ restaurant in the Dujeong-dong food alley in Cheonan, Chungnam, serving Boseong green tea–fed pork (Boseong Nokdon). The writer and his girlfriend arrived at 5 p.m. on a date to avoid the wait and ordered 3 servings of Cham pork belly. Staff grilled the meat, and crispy potato slices, minari and cabbage salad wraps, a self-serve bar and after-meal amenities all impressed. Cham Dwaejitgan was good enough that the couple promised to come back for a company dinner with coworkers.
