Busan milmyeon with hand-torn beef brisket topping: Seomyeon Milmyeon
Seomyeon Milmyeon is a milmyeon (chewy cold wheat noodle) restaurant a 2–3 minute walk from Exit 8 of Seomyeon Station in Busan. Because Seomyeon Milmyeon is known for constant queues, the writer arrived for the 10:30 opening, was seated with no wait, and ordered water milmyeon, bibim milmyeon and a plate of 8 dumplings, with hand-torn beef brisket piled on top. Both the water and bibim versions were satisfying, making the early start well worth it.
