Deodo Gejang is a crab jang (marinated crab) restaurant near Tongdosa in Yangsan, Gyeongnam, recently relocated to a bigger space near the Tongdosa intercity bus terminal. Ordering the assorted jang nutrition pot rice set for two brings blue crab jang, soy and spicy yellow crab jang, octopus jang, abalone jang and soy shrimp jang all at once, plus rice mixed right into the blue crab shell with its rich roe. This was, without exaggeration, the best crab jang the writer has ever had.
