Song Giwon Jinju Naengmyeon Main Branch is a Blue Ribbon-rated naengmyeon (cold noodle) restaurant near Jinju City Hall in Sangdae-dong, Jinju. Visiting on a weekday lunch with an out-of-town boyfriend, the writer tried seokkeo naengmyeon, bibim naengmyeon, yukjeon (beef pancake), and the self-serve hot broth, finding the main branch's yukjeon drier and more classic-tasting than the juicier, softer yukjeon at the Juyak-dong company-run branch. Verdict: worth a visit at least once if you're in Jinju.
