Cast-iron pan hanwoo grilled ribs near Gwangalli: Yong Hanu Namcheon
Yong Hanu Namcheon Branch is a Korean beef restaurant in Namcheon-dong, Suyeong, Busan, a 5-minute walk from Gwangalli Beach. The visit included a 400g special-cuts platter and 200g of hanwoo instant seasoned short ribs, both seared in a hot cast-iron pan by staff, followed by a small seafood doenjang jjigae with a whole crab. The instant seasoned short ribs stood out most, with a seasoning light enough to let the hanwoo's natural richness shine through.
