I finally visited Two Find Peter Incheon Nonhyeon Branch (투파인드피터 인천논현점), a place I'd wanted to try for a long time. It comes up every time you search for good restaurants in Incheon Nonhyeon, so my expectations were high, and in person the food, the atmosphere and the value for money all won me over. It suits dates, family meals and get-togethers with friends, so let me walk you through it.

Bread and pickles
After we ordered, warm bread and pickles came out first.
The freshly warmed bread was crisp outside and moist inside, and the cucumber pickles, radish pickles and jalapeños cleansed the palate nicely and went well with the food.
Tender sous-vide pork neck steak
The pork neck steak, cooked sous-vide, was really tender.
It was juicy and moist, more satisfying with every bite, and so well made that ordering the steak on its own would not feel like a waste.
The most memorable: spicy crabby pasta
The spicy crabby pasta was personally my favorite dish. A moderate heat cuts through the richness of the cream, and the sauce clung to the noodles so I could enjoy it to the very end.
The noodles were cooked just right and it's the kind of taste you keep reaching for, so I could see why so many people recommend it.
Rich abalone innards cream risotto
The abalone innards cream risotto, with the savory flavor of abalone innards added to a thick cream sauce, was better than I expected.
It wasn't too heavy, so it went well alongside the steak and pasta, and the texture of the abalone came through, which I liked.
100% fresh-squeezed orange juice
The fresh-squeezed orange juice tasted of real fresh juice and was refreshing. It's a great palate cleanser after the cream risotto and steak, so it's a good drink to order with the meal.
Is the Signature Set a good fit for 3 people?
The Two Find Peter Signature Set lets you taste steak, pasta and risotto all at once, so it was an especially satisfying setup for three people. If you can't decide what to order, I recommend the set menu.
The food, the atmosphere and the service were all satisfying on this visit. The spacious, pleasant restaurant kept us comfortable throughout, and with easy parking too, it stuck in my memory as a place I'd like to come back to.
