Basil pizza near Inhadae Station with cheese waterfall: Furg Pizza

I love basil sauce, so this time I wanted a pizza with basil on it and headed to Furg Pizza Inha University Station branch. I'll walk you through how the Basil Mascarpone Shrimp Pizza I tried tasted, the shop's atmosphere and some discount tips :)

Where is Furg Pizza near Inhadae Station, and is there parking?

Furg Pizza is at 43 Yongjeonggongwon-ro 83beon-gil, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, in Unit 113 of E-Pyeonhan Sesang City, and you can use the building's underground parking for 3 hours. Hours are listed as 11:00–23:00 Monday to Sunday, with Tuesday 17:00–23:00, and it's dog-friendly with takeout discounts.

It's not right in front of Inhadae Station but a little behind it. Walk a bit toward E-Pyeonhan Sesang City and you'll find it. There are quite a few hidden gems around here too. Since you can park in the building's underground lot for 3 hours, it was also convenient to come by car.

When I walked in, the friendly owner greeted me.

While I was eating, delivery drivers kept coming and going, so I guess they get quite a lot of delivery orders. We figured pizza tastes best fresh out of the oven, so we chose to dine in instead of taking it away.

The shop isn't huge, but there's a decent amount of seating and the overall mood was comfortable. It also looked like a fine place for a casual pizza and beer ("pimaek" in Korean).

Dogs are welcome too, so it'd be nice to drop in during a walk.

It was handy to browse the menu at my own pace and pick everything myself, from the pizza to sides and extra options.

Besides pizza there are things like spaghetti and chicken wings, and best of all you can order half-and-half pizzas, so you get two flavors at once, which I liked. I heard the sweet potato pizza is popular too, so I'd like to try it next time.

For takeout, you get ₩2,000 off size M, ₩3,000 off MR and ₩5,000 off L.

If you live nearby, taking it home to eat would be fine too.

Basil Mascarpone Shrimp Pizza: what I ordered and the price

I ordered the Basil Mascarpone Shrimp Pizza M for ₩22,800 and added a whole cheese milk crust (₩4,000) and a basil cheese waterfall (₩4,000). I usually like basil sauce, so I picked it the moment I saw the menu.

I dug in while it was still hot right as it came out, and that's definitely the perk of eating in the shop.

How does the Basil Mascarpone Shrimp Pizza taste?

What impressed me most at the first bite was the rich, smooth flavor of the mascarpone cheese.

It blended in softly, a bit different from ordinary pizza cheese, and went well with basil's fragrant flavor.

Eating it with the shrimp added a light, clean taste plus texture from the topping, so each slice's combination was pretty good.

Is the basil cheese waterfall and whole-cheese milk crust worth adding?

With the basil cheese waterfall I added, it definitely suited my basil-loving taste.

I also added the whole cheese milk crust. Cheese goes all the way to the edge, so if you hate being left with just plain dough, it's probably worth adding.

They also gave us plastic gloves, a cheese dipping sauce, hot sauce and pickles. I'd got the gloves ready to eat neatly, but in the end I wiped my hands clean and dug in bare-handed, yum :)

Good to know before visiting Furg Pizza near Inhadae Station

The shop was also running a review event. Joining with an Instagram or Naver receipt review gets you a drink or 3 mozzarella cheese balls, so check when you order.

For takeout there are discounts by size too, so if you're looking for pizza nearby, check the takeout discount as well.

Furg Pizza takes a short walk from Inhadae Station, but it's by E-Pyeonhan Sesang City and 3-hour parking made it easy to visit. Above all, I liked that I could eat the pizza piping hot right away.

The Basil Mascarpone Shrimp Pizza adds basil's fragrance to the mascarpone's richness and soft texture, so basil fans will probably like it. If you're hunting for a good spot near Inha University or Inhadae Station and want a casual pizza and beer, it's worth a visit. Next time I'll try a half-and-half to taste other menu items too :)
