Pizza place near Maseok Station with draft beer: It's Pizza Maseok

Today I'm sharing a visit to It's Pizza, one of my favorite pizza brands. There are plenty of franchises like Pizza Hut, Domino's and No More Pizza, but in Namyangju you can't skip It's Pizza, which is already famous by word of mouth. If you're looking for a good place near Maseok Station, it's worth a visit at least once, so I went to check it out myself.

Where is It's Pizza Maseok, and can you park?

It's Pizza Maseok is in the Hwado-eup eatery alley (먹자골목, a street packed with restaurants) in Namyangju, and you can park in front of the restaurant. Being right inside the alley, it was really easy to get to.

Parking right in front means drivers can visit without any worry, which I liked. Outside the shop there was also an event: spend ₩50,000 or more and get free cheese oven spaghetti. I heard only the Maseok branch is running it right now, so keep that in mind if you're planning a visit.

What are the interior and seating like at It's Pizza Maseok?

It's Pizza Maseok has a stylish interior with black walls, red sofas and red neon lights, with about 10 indoor tables and separate outdoor tables. The first thing I thought when I walked in was, "Is this really a pizza place?"

The black walls, bold red sofas and red neon harmonize so well that it felt less like an ordinary pizza shop and more like a restaurant with real atmosphere.

The inside was kept very clean, and with about 10 tables it looked good for a family meal, a get-together with friends or a date. There are outdoor tables too, so on a cool day you can enjoy an open-air pub vibe (야장) with pizza and beer. If you're looking for a place near Maseok Station and care about atmosphere, I think you'll be happy here.

What are the self-bar and draft beer like at It's Pizza Maseok?

It's Pizza Maseok has a self-bar where you help yourself to Parmesan cheese powder, hot sauce and snacks, and it sells draft beer such as Cass, Stella and IPA, plus highballs. Personally, the self-bar was the part of It's Pizza I was happiest with.

Parmesan cheese powder, hot sauce and a variety of snacks are all there to use freely, so you can take as much as you like.

And what made me happiest was the draft beer! Besides Cass they had Stella, IPA and more, and the beer glasses are kept chilled, so it was really refreshing from the very first sip. Pizza and draft beer need no explanation, right?

They sell highballs too, so you can pair your pizza with different drinks depending on your taste. It made me feel this isn't just another pizza place in Namyangju, but a spot where you can properly enjoy pizza and beer.

How do you order at It's Pizza Maseok?

At It's Pizza Maseok you order on the tablet at each table. The tablet shows photos of the menu, so you can see at a glance what each item is.

Adding toppings or extra cheese is easy to select, which was convenient.

The menu is also quite varied: Quattro Premium, Shrimp Gold, Garlic Steak, Bulgogi Pizza and more, so you can choose to your taste and I don't think you'd get tired of it even after several visits!

What does the It's Pizza Quattro Classic taste like?

What I ordered at It's Pizza Maseok that day was the Quattro Classic, a pizza that lets you enjoy four flavors on one pie: sweet potato, hot chicken, pepperoni and bacon potato. I really recommend it for anyone who has trouble choosing a menu item.

With sweet potato, hot chicken, pepperoni and bacon potato all on one pie, I never got bored, right down to the last slice.

The first thing that caught my eye when the pizza arrived was the generous toppings. The cheese was piled on without holding back, and the golden-baked look alone got my appetite going.

Quattro Classic dough and the four flavors

The Quattro Classic dough is neither too thick nor too thin, so the chewy texture really came through, and the crust stayed pleasantly plain and enjoyable all the way to the edge.

The sweet potato section had a smooth harmony of sweet mousse and cheese, and the hot chicken's mild spiciness cut through the richness. The pepperoni kept its salty flavor, and the bacon potato, with fluffy potato and savory bacon, is a taste anyone from kids to grandparents would like.

Dipping slices in the garlic sauce that came with it brought out even more flavor, and sprinkling on Parmesan cheese powder made the cheese taste deeper still. Add a cold draft beer and I immediately understood why so many people recommend this as a go-to near Maseok Station.

Is It's Pizza Maseok worth going back to?

If you're looking for tasty pizza in Namyangju, It's Pizza Maseok seems like a thoroughly satisfying choice. The stylish atmosphere, the variety of draft beers and the self-bar, the convenient tablet ordering and, above all, the generous toppings and chewy dough all worked for me.

The atmosphere suits family meals as well as pizza and beer with friends, so I came away wanting to return. If you're looking for a good place near Maseok Station, in Hwado-eup or for pizza in Maseok, I recommend giving it a try! Taste, atmosphere and value all satisfied me, and next time I'd love to try the other premium pizzas at It's Pizza.
