I received this product and used it.
Preparing salad every day or trimming ingredients for green juice felt like a hassle, so I chose this curly kale powder that I could simply mix into a drink. The product I tried is a 15-sachet pack made with 100% organic freeze-dried curly kale. Of the curly kale powders I have tried, this one felt like it had the finest particles.

How are the ingredients and production method described?
I was interested because it is described as using only organic curly kale from California. The explanation that the organic ingredient had completed testing for 512 pesticide residues, with none detected, was another point I liked when considering the ingredients.

It is made through freeze-drying and is described as using an ultrafine-particle, 1,500% concentration process. What I noticed while mixing and drinking it was that the particles were fine and blended well into water without clumping. There was hardly any powder scattering, so it was easy to handle.

Was it easy to keep up with one sachet a day?
At a time when I felt I was not getting enough vegetables, simply having one sachet a day felt reassuring in its own way.

The individual packaging made it easy to carry around. It was a good format to take to the office or while traveling, and I liked that I could mix it up quickly even on busy days.

How did it taste differently in water and soy milk?
In the morning, I mixed one sachet of powder into a glass of water. It turned a deep green, giving it a green-juice feel, and the taste was gentler than I expected.

I also often mixed it into soy milk. In soy milk, the strong aroma that vegetables can have was barely noticeable. If you find a vegetable aroma a little overwhelming, mixing it with soy milk may feel more comfortable.
How did I use it besides in drinks?
It also worked well mixed into yogurt or added to smoothies. The flavor was mild when I used it in salad dressing, too. Since making green juice every day was difficult for me because of ingredient storage and prep, mixing in this powder was convenient.
What did I like most after trying it?
The fine particles and individual packaging stood out most. It mixed well into water and could also be used with soy milk or yogurt, making it a convenient product to keep up with at one sachet a day during busy everyday life.
