Freeze-dried curly kale powder for easy green juice
In short
This is individually packed freeze-dried curly kale powder for mixing into water in Korea. I tried the basic one-sachet-to-200ml method and considered its other uses in yogurt, smoothies, and more. It is practical when washing and preparing fresh vegetables each time feels difficult.

What makes it convenient when preparing vegetables feels like a chore?
Making green juice with fresh vegetables means paying attention to storage as well as washing and prepping them. If it is hard to prepare every time, I thought curly kale powder mixed with water could be a convenient option.

Is the powdered packaging easy to carry?
The product I am introducing is freeze-dried curly kale made into powder. Each sachet is individually packaged, so you can keep one in your bag and mix it with water when you want to have it.

When my schedule is busy, I find it easier to maintain an eating routine when the preparation is short. This powder seems practical because there is no separate vegetable prep and each sachet can be taken along.

How much should you add to water?
The basic method is to add one sachet of curly kale powder to 200ml of water. Put it in a tumbler, shake it well until evenly mixed, and drink it.

You can adjust when you have it to suit yourself. Rather than expecting changes in a short period, I think it is better to approach it as part of an eating routine you can maintain over time.
How else can you use it besides mixing it with water?
If mixing it only with water feels repetitive, you can also add it to other foods. The original post introduced the following combinations.
- Yogurt: Mix the powder into plain yogurt, then add nuts and berries.
- Smoothie: Blend it with banana, soy milk, and ice. This combination softens the grassy aroma typical of green juice.
- Salad dressing: Mix a small amount of curly kale powder into olive oil, lemon juice, and honey.
- Pancakes: Add a small amount to the batter to change the color.
- Protein shake: You can also mix it with protein powder.

What I found practical was the simple preparation and the ability to mix it into various foods. I think it is a powdered form that can be used in daily life when preparing fresh vegetables every time is difficult.
