Cheonan Korean BBQ with ribs grilled for you: Suamgol Jjokgalbi Maeul
Suamgol Jjokgalbi Maeul Cheonan Seongjeong Branch is a new jjokgalbi (short pork rib) restaurant near Lotte Mart in Seongjeong-dong, Cheonan. On a weekend evening the writer and her mother ordered one serving each of garlic jjokgalbi and spicy jjokgalbi, half and half, and the aged ribs arrived after 15 minutes already grilled, along with the complimentary sundubu jjigae (soft tofu stew) and steamed egg. No grilling needed and the meat was tender enough to make Suamgol a great spot for drinks as well as dinner.
