Extra spicy thin-noodle yukgaejang kalguksu near 228 Park, Daegu
Donggok Jemyeon Daegu Dongseong-ro Main Branch is a kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) restaurant across from 228 Park in Jung-gu, Daegu, that pulls its own noodles in-house. The yukgaejang kalguksu was ordered with thin noodles and extra spicy, alongside a large serving of black bean seoritae kongguksu and seafood chive pancake. The spicy beef-bone broth with soft thin noodles was the star, though the coarse table salt let the cold bean noodle soup down a little.
