Korean BBQ near Dongdaegu Station with tableside grilling: Hubaldae
Hubaldae Dongdaegu Station Branch is a samgyeopsal (pork belly) and daechang (beef intestine) BBQ restaurant a 5-minute walk from Shinsegae Dongdaegu, in Dong-gu, Daegu. Visiting on a weekday around 7pm, the writer had Korean beef daechang grilled with honey potatoes and kimchi jjaglagi (kimchi stew) wraps while staff grilled everything and kept the side dishes stocked without being asked. A solid pick after a baseball road trip or for a family meal with kids in tow.
