Pohang restaurant for spicy shrimp pilaf: Plan A Restaurant
Plan A Restaurant is a Western restaurant overlooking Songdo Beach in Pohang, Gyeongbuk. On a return visit with a friend, I tried chicken salad, whole shrimp pilaf, and white ragù beef cream spaghetti. Verdict: a lovely choice for a relaxed ocean-view meal with filling dishes.
