Hubaldae Daegu Jongno Branch is a Korean BBQ restaurant on Jongno, about 291m from Exit 1 of Jungangno Station in Jung-gu, Daegu, where the staff trim and grill every cut and garnish for you. Over three servings of pork neck, one of premium tripe and a bowl of Hubaldae ramyeon for dessert, the writer worked through the house combinations of seasoned kimchi, angelica root and honey potato, and brought along drinks since the restaurant is corkage-free. Even late on a Monday the place was full, so booking or joining the waitlist in advance is the safer plan.
