Pyeongchang noodle restaurant with ₩2,000 buckwheat juice: Migayeon
Bongpyeong Memil Migayeon is a buckwheat specialty Korean restaurant on Gipung-ro in Bongpyeong-myeon, Pyeongchang, Gangwon. On a couple's trip to Pyeongchang, the writer waited 40 minutes for a table and ordered the 100% buckwheat bibim noodles at 12,000 won, buckwheat sprout boiled pork at 30,000 won, buckwheat sprout yukhoe bibimbap at 13,000 won and a 2,000 won buckwheat juice. The wait for Bongpyeong Memil Migayeon was fierce, but the clean flavors and friendly staff made it a 100% return visit.
