Hangover soup restaurant near Seosan Techno Valley: Ilpum Yangpyeong
Ilpum Yangpyeong Haejangguk Seosan Seongyeon Branch is a haejangguk (Korean hangover soup) restaurant in Seongyeon-myeon, near Seosan Techno Valley in Seosan, Chungnam. For lunch on day one of a Seosan trip, the writer ordered the large Yangpyeong haejangguk at 14,000 won and galbitang (short rib soup) at 16,000 won: the seonji (blood curd) and cheonyeop (beef tripe) tasted clean with no gamy edge, and the galbitang came with plenty of rib meat. With a wide parking lot and a big hall, Ilpum Yangpyeong Haejangguk suits both solo diners and large groups.
