Hyangtaek Cheonan Buldang Branch is the Cheonan outpost of a Korean restaurant chain that started at Gyodong Market in Daegu. Ordering the mackerel and gondre rice and the yukhoe bibimbap made with Sindongjin rice, and wrapping each bite in gopchang gim (thick roasted seaweed) as the table's 'how to eat' card suggests, turned out to have a charm all its own, different from simply mixing the bowl.
