Fanchal steak cooked medium at Plate, a Sunhwa-dong date spot in
Plate is a fresh pasta and steak restaurant tucked in a Sunhwa-dong alley in Jung-gu, Daejeon. Each menu item comes with a recommended noodle, so the steak cream ragù was ordered with pappardelle while the fanchal (skirt) steak came medium with grilled cabbage, mashed potato and wholegrain mustard on the side. Nearly every table was on a date thanks to the cozy mood, making it a solid pick for a Daejeon date dinner.
