Nonsan 70th birthday banquet in a room for 20: Sonamu Hanjeongsik
Sonamu Hanjeongsik is a course hanjeongsik (Korean set-meal course) restaurant on Nonsandae-ro in Nonsan, Chungnam. For a father's 70th birthday, 20 relatives booked ahead and were given a very large private room, then worked through more than 16 dishes on the 43,000-won-per-person Sonamu course, from the opening dish to braised beef short ribs, Geumsan ginseng fritters and yuzu yanggaeng (sweet jelly). With a wide parking lot and yard, Sonamu Hanjeongsik suited a family celebration with elderly guests and children alike.
