Kaoyu beginner tries mala fish and stinky tofu in Daejeon
Bantiannyao Kaoyu Daejeon Branch is a Chongqing-Sichuan style kaoyu (grilled fish) restaurant on Dunsan-ro 31beon-gil in Seo-gu, Daejeon. As a kaoyu beginner, the writer ordered the basic mala-flavor kaoyu with an added vegetable-mushroom set and tried stinky tofu from the self-bar for the first time. A place worth returning to whenever mala xiang guo starts feeling too familiar.
