Yongja 1 is a handmade noodle and dumpling restaurant in Yuseong, Daejeon. After a date at Hyundai Premium Outlet, we had two servings of kalguksu and steamed dumplings, and loved the chewy noodles, deep broth, and generously filled kimchi dumplings. A great pick for a family meal.
