Vanilla canelé and butter rice cake financier at Brewers Coffee
Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is a café in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan known for its baked desserts. Visiting around 2pm meant a 5-minute wait before two iced Americanos, a vanilla canelé, a butter rice cake financier, and an almond chocolate madeleine arrived at the table. The vanilla canelé, crisp outside and moist inside, was the standout and a must-order for next time.
