Bologna Daejeon Dunsan Branch is an Italian restaurant in Dunsan-dong, Daejeon, a five-minute walk from Exit 7 of Daejeon City Hall Station. Because weekend waits are common, Bologna sets out water and chamomile tea outside the door, and the women's restroom has a separate powder room stocked with a Dyson styler, mouthwash, cotton swabs and hair ties. The truffle cream gnocchi, shrimp and scallop aglio olio and cube steak cream risotto all arrived within 10 minutes, and parking is free for 2 hours at Daedeok Plaza and Hyeongseong parking lots.
