Jeonju House is a cast-iron-lid pork belly restaurant in Bongmyeong-dong, near Yuseong Hot Spring Station in Daejeon. After a sauna at Gyeryong Spatel's main hot spring bath, two servings of fresh pork belly grilled with aged kimchi, a pot of kimchi stew, and local Daejeon soju made for a perfect combo. Open from 9am daily, it also doubles as a hangover-cure breakfast stop for anyone staying near Yuseong Hot Spring.
