Soy sauce shishito pepper chicken to go, Yesan market: Sijang
Sijang Dakbokkeum is a soy sauce chicken stir-fry restaurant at stall 174 in Yesan Market, Yesan-gun, Chungnam. On the last day of a two-day trip, the writer ordered the basic menu via kiosk, waited about 25 minutes, and took it home in a microwave-safe container. Unlike red dakbokkeumtang, this soy sauce version worked well both as a rice side and as a drinking snack.
