Crispy-rice spicy pilaf at Ciment, a Gung-dong eatery in Daejeon
Ciment Chungnam National University Branch is a casual Western restaurant in Gung-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, right in front of Chungnam National University, serving pasta, pilaf and pizza. The order was spicy beef belly pilaf, Toowoomba shrimp pasta with six shrimp, and a half potato, half bulgogi salad pizza, and the pilaf came with a scorched, nurungji-like crispy rice layer at the bottom.
